I used my body to create the shape, to give form to my personal space.

The circular design engraved into my space is representative of the decay I feel as a person when I repeat the same behaviour.  The flowing and open design that breaks free from the circular pattern illustrates the freedom that comes from choosing a new direction in which the outcome can be empowering and limitless.

The bedside cabinet is an object that has been with me since childhood. I have used this to symbolise the relevance of past lessons learnt, and that my personal journey started when I was born. It is also a reminder to let go of the material items I possess and allow myself to move on.
